I checked the vehicle owner's manual and all it says is that it is not recommended to tow a trailer with the 2014 Kia Soul (any model). But it also does not say you can't and there are numerous references to towing throughout the manual. So my interpretation is that you could tow a trailer but how heavy is unclear. The highest weight rated trailer hitch we have to fit the 2014 Ford C-Max is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12092. The trailer hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight up to 3,500 lbs and maximum tongue weight up to 350 lbs, but keep in mind that this doesn't reflect the capacities of your C-Max.
My recommendation is to follow the owner's manual of your 2014 Ford C-Max. But if you decide to tow, this hitch is your best option.

I reached out to the manufacturer and they confirmed that the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000168105 does not have an actual capacity and that in all likelihood any significant snow is going to cause the topper to sag down onto the slide-out. I may have a solution for you to haul your TVs, but there is no way for the tongue weight of a vehicle to be increased. To start, the tongue weight refers to the amount of weight that can be added to the frame of the vehicle safely, so there isn't a way to add to that capacity.

You will want to first consult your vehicle owners manual but based on my research your truck has a standard towing capacity of 7,500 pounds and max towing capacity of 10,500 pounds. The max is usually either with the truck properly equipped or when using weight distribution. Your owners manual should be able to shed some light on this.
